These terms govern your use of Pitbrain (pitbrain.ai). By using the site, signing up for an account, or playing any of the games you agree to them.
Pitbrain is an independent fan site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Formula 1, the FIA, Formula One Management, Liberty Media, any Formula 1 team, or any Formula 1 driver. “F1”, “Formula 1”, “FIA”, team names and driver names are used descriptively for the purpose of commentary, scoring, and game design. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
All games on Pitbrain (predictions, fantasy, trivia, strategy, pit wall, oracle) are for entertainment only. There are no cash prizes. Scoring is automated and runs against official FIA classification once each session ends; corrections are applied as described on the corrections page. Once a session has been scored and 24 hours have elapsed, scores are considered final.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree to use the site honestly — one account per person, no automated submission, no sharing of credentials. Accounts that violate this may be suspended or deleted without notice.
Site design, original writing, game logic, and all derived data tables are © Pitbrain. Race telemetry, results and historical statistics are sourced from public APIs (OpenF1, Jolpi/Ergast) and remain the property of their original publishers.
You agree not to scrape the site at a rate that degrades service, attempt to access admin areas, submit malicious content, automate game submissions, or use the site for anything unlawful.
The site is provided “as is”. There is no warranty that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. Race information, standings, and results are provided for convenience — official FIA timing is the authoritative source.
To the extent permitted by law, Pitbrain and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be dated and highlighted on the corrections page.
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales; any dispute will be resolved in its courts.
